At Excel English we begin with a needs analysis by interviewing key players, familiarizing ourselves with the overall workplace environment, gathering pertinent company documents and establishing course logistics. Course objectives are then determined and the curriculum is developed. 

 The analysis is ongoing and the curriculum is continually adjusted as needed. Also the language skills of the students are assessed before, during and after the course to ensure student achievement of the stated objectives.
